A Day Well Spent

Late again! This time cause of what? My blurness... I was supposed to bring this card which will allow free entry to the museum. I know thats the most important thing. I even placed it under my handphone when I was going out. But when I went out, I just grabbed my hp, leaving the card there. Walked down till void deck only to realised I didn't bring lor. Sian... Had to walk back up again.

Visited the Asian Civilisian Museum with grandma and godma. They are currently having this special exhibit of Vatician artifacts. One would need to appreciate art in order to find museum interesting. Otherwise, it would probably be just like an aimless walk in a dim gallery. I found the exhibit very interesting. The historic story behind it and all that.
Seeing the magnificent paintings which looked so life like. The way they bring out the subject, the subject's expressions and feelings.
Seeing the detailed carvings on the artifacts. How each artifact was painstaking carved.
It makes me suddenly have the urge to save up money quickly so that I can go to Vatician itself to witness the artistry. But at the moment, this shall do while I save up.

After visiting the museum, we went for lunch. I was being grilled by their endless questions bout someone. Whether it would be a Cinderella story or not. Definitely not!

After lunch and their grilling, godma had craving for kaya toast. So we headed over there to la-kopi/yum cha/high tea whatever it should be called. There is this shop which sells those kaya toast... Ohh! Its damn yummy! The kaya not very sweet. So it can be eaten even without spreading on bread! Nice... Nice! I wanted to buy a bottle of the kaya back. But I forgot!

Digress a bit. Yesterday I had craving for kaya. So I went to buy baguette from Delifrance. Came home, daddy asked me, "you buy bread then go with what?" Assuming still got kaya, I still answer till damn sart, "spread with whatever you want lor." Only to open my fridge later and realised, there wasn't anything I could spread it with besides butter. Sian to the core.

Back to my day. Sent grandma off to the taxi stand so that she can go home. I accompanined godma to look for a particular shop which sells a lot of those different brands of cosmetics and toilettries. Wahaha! The shop she brought me to, was the one I was searching for ever sinced they closed for renovation. Good! Now I can buy the nice smelling hair treatment stuff. Bought other stuff too!

Then accompanied godma to the station and I decided not to go home. I shall go visit my ex colleagues. Went up to the office... Walked slowly to the reception counter and suddenly, "HARLOW!!!!!!" Conz & Gen were surprised at my visit, "wahh... today so free ar? Can come here." May didn't even notice I was standing inside when she walked back from ladies till I did another "Harlow!!!"

Bombarded with questions and comments cause I never go back for so long already. Why I do braces, why need to do, your teeth that bad that need to do, not pain meh kinda questions. Eh, you lost weight. Yaya... I decided to combine a keep answer short and sweet. Lost weight cause of braces which I did cause I keep biting my lips. Sweet!

LL saw me... "Wahh... What did you do to your eyelashes? You went to perm?"
Wahaha... Didn't know short eyelashes also can get noticed by people. But, I didn't go perm lah. Not so rich.

Waited for auntM to knock off then left with May & LL. Gossip session immediately. They all buay tahan the mannequin.

Dinner with auntM. Today really eat alot leh! She wanted to eat or lua, hokkien mee, followed by the smooth smooth tau huey. Psychoed me to attend church class with her. Class was ok lor. Know more bout the church and some stuff which I would never have noticed if I wasn't told.

Came back after that. Wasted a few MMS while trying to send ringtone to bro's my new hp. Bahh... sleepy sleepy!
