I do plan to go for educational things besides shopping ok?
Then plans changed. We decided skip Snow City, so we could meet later since we've all been having pretty late nights. Straight to Science Centre then to the Night Safari.
I met Ym for lunch. After lunch which was bout 2pm, we decided that it wasn't worth the trip to go all the way down to Jurong then to Mandai.
Heh.. So it was straight off to Mandai, to visit the Zoo then the Night Safari.
We went in pretty late. Didn't have much time to walk around. Managed to only catch the polar bear and sealion feeding.
Couldn't help but laugh when I saw the name of this...
Hahaha.... Jackass!
Then the 2nd paragraph on this board made me go like, "hmmm....
lesbians???"
Then we went to the Night Safari. Walked the whole freaking attraction trying to spot the animals as though we were playing photohunt in the arcade.
Ohh ya, the zoo keeper in charge of the tiger was friendly, talking to us bout the tiger's behaviour and blah blah. Then he told us that that tiger follows him and gets up when he moves away. Hmm... At first we didn't believe, then he walked away to prove to us. The tiger was in a resting position at least 10m away. When he walked away, the tiger immediately got up and walked towards the glass. I couldn't even see what we were standing on what more 10m.. Hahaha.. Impressive. Anyway the silly tiger kept on going to those dark areas so I couldn't get a good shot of it. The zoo keeper offered to throw a piece of meat into the light area so that the tiger would go there and we could get a good shot.
Not that good a shot but thats the best I could get.
Doesn't this animal look like the creature which inspired the creators of Furby?
Haha... Beware when you're in the toilet there... There are lots of prying eyes above!
Anyway, lazy to edit and post pictures. Hahaha... So never mind lah, anyway most of the interesting shots are in Ym's cam.
