Eating Is Troublesome

I'm more kan cheong about removing the stitches rather than fixing the braces. I still went to ask the dentist will it hurt when removing?? He assured me that the pain would be pretty minimal, just a bit.
Just like a *tug* pulling of a strand of hair on my forearm.

Anyway, after that brackets fixed on before pulling out the stitches. Experienced short acute pain when stitches were snipped. Then everything was over. Time to put the wire and the colour rubber bands. He asked me to choose wat colour I want. Adviced to go for Grey if I don't want it so obvious. Don't know why hor, I decided to choose those obvious colours lah. I asked if I could mix colours? He said can. He recommended Lime Green & Royal Purple. Alrite! Put it on.
Eh... Not bad colour combination. Haha... Wait till next month. I'll try a different combination. The more obvious the better. Hahaha!

Bleahh... I can only do braces for my upper teeth at the moment. Cause my upper teeth will grind on the lower teeth's braces if they were fixed. So gotta wait bout 3 weeks before I do bottom set. Never mind... I shall wait and adjust to my new accessory.

Anyway, dentist say that at that moment, I won't experience any discomfort. But it may start at about 10pm onwards then last till the weekend. So I decided to try to psycho godma to go Fish & Co for dinner. Fish mah... Soft food, dentist say I can only eat soft food cut into small pieces and eaten slowly. Haha... Convinced, we went. Lalalaaaa~~
Took damn long to eat my fish. So long... I can't believe it. Haiz... Then when it came to my fries, I think the staff will probably think I'm weird. Why I'll cut off the ends then the rest eat. Ends harder mah... How to chew? Heck...

Suddenly hate eating. It seems so cumbersome.

On my way back, saw Ade's sms. liewwww!! I was halfway back. She asked if I wanted to meet her in town. So made my way back to meet her. Walk a bit. Then she got sweet tooth craving. So went to eat ice cream. I thought that maybe eating ice cream wouldn't be that bad. After all, it can melt right? Right! So I ordered a single scoop. She took some apple crumble with scoop of ice cream. By the time her ice cream melted in her tummy, apple crumbled already, I was still struggling to finish my ONE scoop of ice cream. It slipped my mind that ice cream is cold. Braces is metal. Metal conducts heat or cold. So, my teeth felt so freezing cold. Boo Hoo!

Suddenly hate eating even more. This cannot that cannot. Bahhh!
Go on liquid diet lah... At least I won't have to chew.

Still not experiencing any discomfort the dentist said I'll have. Wondering if I got high threshold of pain? Or maybe... I'm too thick skinned? Haha!
