Yesterday was one of those days where you got so many things to do that you just don't know where to begin. I didn't know my aim, lost focus. Pretty much gave myself stress. Stress till I ate at intervals of 2 hours. Was trying the break your meals into smaller portions and eat at shorter interval theory. I was seeking solace in food. But, I still had my self control lah. I just ate more fruits, split my meals and all that just so as to keep myself sane from the stress.
Blame it on FYP. I hate it. I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do. Always last minute then got the concentration to do. Bad! Very bad. I should be more consistent. Ok... I shall try.
I only had 4 hours of sleep before I had to wake up and get ready to meet my supervisor.
Today was one of those days where you just heck the calories from unhealty kind of food just to satisfy some craving. I had craving for kaya toast. So went to toast my bread, cut up some butter (instead of margarine. heh heh) and spread the kaya on thick thick. One word to describe, SHIOK!
Took a cab down. Maybe I'm used to travelling by public transport where they move slowly. Or I have been staying home too much that suddenly I feel that travelling at 100km/h was pretty thrilling. But thrill turns into fear when the driver hits 120km/h and swerving left to right, cutting from lane 1 to lane 3 in a matter of seconds. To make matters worst, he was tailgating other vehicles, especially motocyclist. At 120km/h, tailgating is a very very bad idea. Although I like thrilling experiences just to get that adrenaline rush, I do not like to do it at the expense of my safety.
Meeting went on ok.
Supervisor, "aiyo... What happened to you last week?"
Me, "Ohh... err... eat those food then sick lor."
Supervisor, "Ohh... Food poisoning ar?"
Me, "Erm... ya. Ya!" *Smiles innocently*
Anyway, I gotta buck up. Though I'm not really behind time, but I need to learn stuff before proceeding.
As I said, today is one of those heck the calories kind of day. So I happily indulged in KFC. Or maybe its not that kind of days. Its the kind where I know I won't be able to eat solid food soon. Cause going to visit the dentist next tuesday. A third sad, a third happy, a third excited. Haha! I'll probably have to stick to a liquid kind of diet for quite some time. So meantime, must satisfy food cravings else... it will be painful to eat solid stuff. Duhh!
I had to catch up on my sleep. 4 hours is not enough! So now after sleeping, I'm recharged and I'm happy too!
1) Happy cause I satisfied 2 food cravings today.
2) Happy cause its the weekends where more people are free and can go out.
3) Happy cause its the start of the new month, where I'll get my allowance.
4) Happy cause my $50 NIKE voucher has arrived.
Hahaha!!!~ Yeh Yey Yeh!
