Work Work Work

It has indeed been quite a while since I last blogged.

Working is tiring! Got tons of stuff to memorize. Haiyo... Got lots of things to learn. I've managed to do several sales, but then, the commission doesn't go to me. I still don't have my sales target cause still noob.

So basically, I'm still under training, so not obliged to serve customers unless the rest are busy. I'll just sit by the counter and read my file (as well as day dream and listen to the music which is played over and over and over again). Then my manager would test me.

Ohh ohh... I went for my first company's meeting on thursday. Never been to such meetings before, everything was so new to me. Evaluating sales figures against different locations, then individually blah blah blah. They had a cake to celebrate birthdays and the cake was so darn good! Chocolate cake with a layer of smooth chocolate. I didn't know they provide breakfast too.
They even gave all staff a goodie bag, consisting of 3 of our new products. 1 sample of exfoliator which is already 1/3 the original size, 1 eye cream which I think its full size. The best thing was the blusher compact which will retail at $65 come the summer collection. My trip is so worthwhile. Hahaha... I just had to sit there for 5 hours and its counted out of my working hours somemore!

Went to watch 'She's The Man' with SJ buds. Anyway the show was darn freaking funny. I need to relax after 3 days of work. Hahaha...

Today's actually my offday. But I had an event to make up for bride's maid and bride's relatives. I think the bride is actually around my age. She doesn't seem enthu to get married leh... I always thought brides wouldn't be able to sleep the night before. But I reached there at 6.45am and she was still nua-ing in bed. Anyway, because they dilly dally for half hour, I had to rush.
After doing makeup for 7 people, my back aches but my legs are fine with standing.

Ohh, this is the first time I'm actually in the bride's room when the groom wants to come and get her. So the bride's maid were like making him do all the silly stuff. Like sing song, say mushy stuff and all that. Its funnier to watch reality instead on the telly.
