I was supposed to start work today. But it has been postponed till tomorrow. Reason? Cause I wore according to the normal days' dress code of all black instead of this month's code which was white top and jeans.
Actually its just because I was a muddle head and didn't clarify.
I was supposed to go down to the company for an orientation and I thought it would take the whole day. So HR told me to wear all black.
Manager said wear white and jeans but I didn't know I will go down to the counter today. So anyway, after signing some paperwork and stuff, the so called orientation only lasted about an hour.
Since its my fault, I told the manager that I'll go home and change then report to the counter. Lucky the manager was nice. She said never mind, no point travelling so much and tire myself out. I should go home have a good rest and start tomorrow.
Anyway, they gave me a lot of handouts and a thick file to read. Went down to the counter to meet the person who will train me and get my staff pass and all those stuff. Was handed another file to read and cd-rom to watch.
Aiyo... How to read all within this week?!?!!
Tomorrow is my official start. Hope I don't screw up. =)
