Anyway, I think I may have to redo. Sigh... Poor grandma will have to go throuhg the whole ordeal again.
Oh yes... Then we rushed of for Bro's advanced bday dinner at Magic Wok.
So these were the dishes we had.

In clockwise direction starting from left. Pandan chicken, Kai Lan, Pat Thai, Sambal Kangkong, Plain Rice, Green Curry, Baby Squid. Centre is Hotplate Toufu.
Dessert which was the birthday cake followed up. Birthday cakes are never completely finished. Well usually lah. There will be like few slices left and people will be asking each other to try to finish it.
"Hey, eat leh..."
"No thanks, I'm very full." Or, "too creamy." These would be the typical replies.
So anyway, everyone had their slice of this cake.

There was still a portion of it left. I had another small slice. Then stop! The rest must be brought back for bro and his gf.
I wanted another slice! The cake was just superb!
I'm not a person who would eat a second helping of cake unless its nice. But to want a third? It is that good! It was da bomb I tell ya! Da bomb!
I mean, just look at the layers...

The top white layer is white chocolate with a pulling effect (think pizza's cheese without the stringy strands)
Alternate layers of chocolate cake and raspberry mousse.
This cake has the melt in your mouth effect!
Goodness... Its heavenly can?
I'll take my leave to now... Go on, drool over the image of the cake floating in your head.
Advanced Happy Birthday to my Bro.
