Stupid Arcade Machines

Went to school today. Learnt how to apply make up for male and elderly people. Erm, cause my bro has so kindly agreed on being my model to practise, on condition that dinner is my treat. He didn't want just any kind of food, so no food court, no fast food, no cheap stuff. He wanted Cafe Cartel. So I said ok, we order the ribs to share then fill ourselves on bread. But no lor! That bugger retorted that he could finish the serving of ribs by himself and that will probably not want to share with me.

Anyway, since he was only coming after lunch, I just slacked around class, chatting the time away. Then he came, so I can start practising. Somehow either I forgot or skipped steps or guy's make up really like not much difference.

To borrow his face very expensive leh. We ended up eating at Manhatten Fish Market cause I was more tempted to eat that then Cartel. Dinner was yummy! I kept on saying I wanted to watch movie. But too bad, no interesting show to watch.

So we ended up going to the arcade. I think he purposely don't bring money when he left home. I ended up paying everything. Whatever games we played also I pay. Hmm... Actually its just that I haven't played arcade games in quite a while, so just feel like trying for fun. Those machines where u play based on luck to see if you can win prizes like PSP, Nokia 6680, 6630, cameras and such. As much as it seems like it is based on luck, I doubt it lah. Its probably the damn program's codes. Irritating, make me spend a few bucks trying it out.

Then there are those machines where you supposed to position the clamping things to pick up your prize. They are so jian can? I tried 3 machines, 3 all different kinds.
First kind, they put tape so that you cannot go beyond a certain distance then you can't pick the thing up. So I wasn't even able to get to the prize I want.
Second kind, the clamp thing is so weak, its impossible to even lift the soft toy out. There was this toy which was so close to the drop off hole. My aiming was perfect! But cause the thing was so weak, it was just like stroking the toy more than pinching it up.
Third kind, the jerk when lifting the toy is so hard, it makes it drop down again. This one, me and bro tried few times each and our catches were again perfect. This one lifted. But once it lifted the toy up and going to the drop off hole, there would be like this spring effect which will cause the toy to drop off.
Damn it!
Next time go arcade, don't bother playing those by luck or catch prize games. Waste money and only inflicts self-agony. Play those other games still got entertainment and not so pek cek.
