After just one lesson of practise only, they wanted to train us to work under pressure already. In 20 minutes flat, we had to do studio photography kinda make up. So its those thick thick kind. Everybody was working like bumble bees. First round, nobody managed to complete it. I skipped steps too. Second round, didn't skip steps, worked under pressure and completed everything. Phew!
Today also same thing, try to do in 20 minutes again. After that we learnt the eye enhancement stuff. How to apply eyeliner, curling, use eye tape and the fake lashes blah blah blah. I also found out that I am like the only one in the class who has single eyelid. Damn pathetic. So because of that, I was asked to go up, sit there and let others watch how to draw eyeliner for single eyelid people.
Then after demo was done, we were asked to go back to our places to try on each other. So my friend didn't know how to cut the eye tape for me. Went to ask teacher for help. Said that mine cannot cause the fold is too far in and not big enough, so if I put will be very weird. True enough, was weird. Then since teacher is pro, after analyzing a while, said, "actually can leh, but very difficult and tedious, never mind i try and show you."
So the pro worked his magic and *tadah!* I had double eyelid!!!!
Muahaa... First time in my life I had natural looking double eyelid. I was smiling from ear to ear, admiring my eye.
Unfortunately, the joy was short lived. He said, "see, actually can lah. Ok, not going to do the other side, so better take off if not look weird." Before I could protest and request him to do the other eye, the quick and nimble hands had already peeled off the tape. My smile was wiped off my face that very instant.
Anyway, after lunch, we had to do our homework, using our creative juices, we gotta decorate the false lashes. Wahh liao eh... Must do 10 lor. I do till pek cek. But finally, this is what I came out with.
Although I think that mine is not as creative as mine fellow classmates' who put glitter on the whole thing that if you paste it, each blink of the eye will have glitter dropping liao. Haha. They were so generous with glitter that I wouldn't dare wear it cause I don't wanna kena eye infection.
